P.S.  You can also take in too much magnesium.  Don’t overdo it.  It can be harmful.  So, always check with your doctor before starting any supplement in whatever form that it is in.  The maximum recommended daily dose of magnesium for adults is 350mg for a woman and 420mg for a man.  Read here about magnesium.
