One amazing woman

A few days ago I went for a cat scan at Zwanger Pesiri.  I was a little nervous because I had to get dye injected intravenously that makes your body feel very warm for a few minutes.  The nurses and techs couldn’t be kinder!  They were so comforting and so skilled in what they do.  Your heart rate has to be below a certain number to be able to get the test.  The nurses were so patient waiting for my heart rate to go down.  They helped me to relax to make it possible.  They truly were wonderful! Tonia Torrellas, the nurse that started my IV, said when I was done with the test she was going to give me a piece of her crumb cake that she baked.  I thought that was so kind!  I said thank you and went in to the room for the cat scan.  The tech who did the cat scan was wonderful.  Very professional and also so kind.  The cat scan went well and when I was ready to leave Tonia, as promised, gave me a piece of her crumb cake that she baked.  I thanked her and went to sit in my car and immediately dove into the crumb cake.  I have never in my life tasted crumb cake or any cake that was this unbelievably scrumptious.  Beyond decadent!!!  I had to get out of my car and go back inside and ask Tonia what had I just eaten that was so freakin good! Tonia told me that I had tasted salted caramel crumb cake. OMG! Wow!  Not to be believed!  The best piece of cake I have ever tasted! Tonia told me that she bakes from her home.  She had started baking for her family and it turned into a passion that turned into a business!  Tonia is certified to bake and sell from her home.  She is an entrepreneur.  She is the face behind Aunt Toni’s yummycrummys. I will be trying more of her homemade delectable cakes!  Whatever your special occasion is treat your guests to the best crumb cake you will ever taste!
