Do you have a mantra?

 

Good morning,
Having a daily mantra (or affirmation) is a great way to start the day.  It can set the tone for your day.  It can make a good day great.  And if you are having a tough day it can help you get through it.  Research has found that mantras really do work.  You just have to change that negative thought into a positive one.  The minute that negative thought starts to creep in….say your mantra…..and banish that bad thought!!
You can pick a new mantra every day.  There are so many. A mantra that helps one person de-stress might not be good for another.  You have to find the one that feels right for you.
